Optimorph gained planning permission on behalf of the client to substantially extend, remodel and refurbish this existing 1930's residential property situated in 0.25 acres. The project included removal of the entire existing roof covering, rewiring, plumbing and heating, new bathroom and ensuite, kitchen and family room, utility room, new external windows, doors, feature glazed roof, plastering and redecoration throughout to create a beautiful modern home whilst retaining the character of the existing property. Optimorph went on to design and construct the beautifully landscaped gardens including two ponds with waterfall and a stream, extensive paths and patios, a summer house, garden lighting, resin bonded shingle driveway and electrically operated entrance gate with intercom.
