Provide project management pre-construction services to enable a start on site for a new build timber framed high spec residential property including procurement and appointment of suitable professional consultants to undertake design and input. Assessment of the reduced level of the dwelling revealed that it would come into close relationship with the existing water table. This due diligence by Optimorph enabled the client to make a potentially costly error. He subsequently resubmitted a planning application to raise the building prior to commencement.
